Rooibos Tea is a healthy substitute for ordinary tea. Since it is caffeine free and very low in tannin. Rich in minerals. Helps to sooth a stomach, and combat premature aging. Drinking Rooibos can encourage a restful sleep, Due to its high mineral content and lack of caffeine, it helps to feel calm and relaxed.
Organic Rooibos 75g (about 20 cups)
To prepare: Add 1 teaspoon Apothetea Organic Rooibos Tea to 250ml boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes.
